Champagne D'Argent

This breed has a Large amount of flesh in it's posterior and they generally weigh between ten to fifteen pounds each.
Champagne D'Argents are born Jet Black in color and as they mature, their fur Slowly changes to a Lovely Shade of Silver which is Absolutely Stunning!
"In 1631, Gervaise Marrkham advised rabbit breeders to use the largest "conies," or rabbits, they could find for breeding stock, and then offered - in the King’s English - a description of the fur color and qualities in a silvered rabbit:
For the richnesse of the skin, that is accounted the richest which hath the equallest mixture of blacke and white haire together, yet the blacke rather shadowing the white; the furre should be thicke, deepe, smooth, and shining..." The Champagne D'Argent

New Zealand Reds
The New Zealand Red actually originated in the United States and was bred in California around 1910 as a commercial breed for the meat and fur trade.
These are the ORIGINAL New Zealand Rabbits. Again, a Rare Breed and Difficult to FIND. New Zealand Reds are the Perfect Meat Rabbit due to their Large Size and Bone-to-Meat Ratio. They are a large rabbit weighing between nine to twelve pounds. New Zealand Reds are Extremely Gentle, they are recognized as having one of the best maternal instincts in the rabbit world, and they also make EXCELLENT Pets. The other major variant of the New Zealand Red is the New Zealand White.
